The John Peters Estate is a unique event venue located on 22 acres of pastoral fields in Downeast Maine. Looking toward the fresh-water swimming pool there are majestic views of Blue Hill Mountain. From the front porch, the expansive lawn rolls gently down to Blue Hill Harbor.

The Federal style home built in the 1800s is on the National Registry of Historic Places and will accommodate thirteen. Also on the grounds is the recently renovated Waterfield Cottage that will sleep seven. It can be rented with or without the main house. Completing the estate, the barn has two conference rooms and a prep area for caterers.

The John Peters Estate is perfect for a memorable family vacation/reunion, destination wedding, corporate event or conference. This is truly a unique offering—spectacular water and mountain views set on rolling fields—yet, within walking/viewing distance of the quaint and picturesque Blue Hill Village.
