The Estate
The Main Home
The Federal style home built in 1815 is on the National Registry of Historic Places. The first floor has a gracious living room, country kitchen and large dining room. French doors lead to a sun porch with rockers and wicker furniture. Upstairs there is a spacious master suite with one and half baths, and a sitting/reading room. Two other bedrooms feature twin beds and ensuite full baths.

The recently remodeled attached wing was built in the 1920's. It includes a living room, a new kitchen with eating area, full bath and laundry. On the second floor there is a master suite with full bath. A second and third bedroom feature two twin beds/single twin with shared bath. In the back of the home there is a television room with a futon sofa that will sleep two and includes a half bath and laundry.
The main home and wing will accommodate thirteen and includes six full baths and three half baths.
The Cottage
Also on the grounds is the recently renovated Waterfield Cottage that can be rented with or without the main house. There is a stone patio on the front of the home that overlooks the pond, field, and harbor. A large wood deck on the rear of the home is perfect for outdoor dining. The cozy side deck is the place to have your morning coffee.
The first floor has a comfortable living room, TV/family room, kitchen with dining area, laundry, and a master bedroom with a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a sitting/reading area and full bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin beds shares a full bathroom with another bedroom and one twin bed. Waterfield Cottage sleeps a total of seven.
The Barn
Completing the estate is a classic “Maine” barn with two conference rooms, bathroom, and prep area for caterers.
